A Little About Myself
Head to Toe Holistic Therapy is the trading name for Christina Bennett a fully qualified holistic therapist with twenty-six years’ experience in alternative therapies. Amongst other things I am qualified in Remedial or Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Reiki Master, Stone Massage Therapy, and Indian Head Massage.
Prior to working as a holistic therapist based in Meads I have had many years' experience managing a large health & beauty salon. I have had experience working closely with osteopaths and chiropractors. I’m also involved in rehabilitation therapy with the Eastbourne Council & have the Basic & Enhanced DBS clearances.
With my work within the "Change Grow Life" adult support services Hub & Eastbourne Council I have a DBS certificate 001126781920 & enhanced certificate 001847293276.

My Aim
My main aim is to provide a warm, friendly, and professional service that will provide a haven and relief away from the stress and pressures of life - a service that is second to none! With all my customers I tailor the treatments to meet your individual needs.
Treatments available from 10.00am to 7.00 pm Tuesday to Saturday.

For existing clients who introduce someone new they will receive £5.00 off the cost of their next treatment.
Treatment times are indicative & may allow for preparation. The first appointment may last up to 90 mins including the initial consultation.
